Sorry if I sound like I'm bashing on Nintendo, but the entire Wii-U system as a whole is just one huge disappointing let-down. Nintendo had the potential to dominate the next gen like they did this gen (though the Wii really didn't have good 3rd party support, it was still good, it was a gimmick, but a good one at that. The Wii-U just shits on everything from an odd sounding name to a ridiculously large iPad of a controller that you can only have two of, and a lack of good things to show off for the system at all press events. On top of all that, nothing is known about the next Microsoft or Sony consoles so I can't bitch about them yet.
Well, MS it's copying the Wii U tablet with the SmartGlasses. If the Wii U gamepad would have been bad, then MS would have bother to copy it.
What do you think of next gen? Do you think it will be better than the 7th gen? Do you think Nintendo will drop the bomb with the Wii U? Do you think the PS4 will be over priced at launch like the PS3? Do you think the 720 will be strongest console next gen? Do you think the Vita it's dead? Do you think the 3DS will start getting more attention in the holiday season ? Leave your thoughts in the comment section below!
Dude, you can't have Halo and Gears chars in a Nintendo franchise. They are franchises owned my MS. That's like Nathan Drake would appear in Halo 4. That would be ridiculous.
I am still waiting for Rayman! Rayma nwas pretty important for the past Nintendo systems and making SSB4 without him would be a shame. Other nice additions would be Spyro from the series with the same name and Sora from Kingdom Hearts.
My favorite video companies are Nintendo, Valve, RockStar Games, Sega, Konami, Naughty Dog and capcom.
I have been playing Max Payne 3, Spec Ops The Line, Super Mario 64, Chrono Cross, Resident Evil 5 and God of War 2.
Best of the blue box? Let's see. Resident Evil 4. Amazing 3rd person survival horror shooter and the best RE game. Super Smash Bros Melee. An amazing fighting game and nearly as good as Brawl. Viewtiful Joe. Great, unique beat em' up. Really fun bosses, colorful graphics. Hoping for Viewtiful Joe 3 for Wii U. Metroid Prime. Perfect FPS with huge bosses and huge locations. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Both games have great dungeons and tons of bosses to fight. Eternal Darkness. An unique gem that combines Resident Evil and Tomb Raider into the best horror game of 2002. I hope for a sequel for the Wii U. SoulCalibur 2, best fighting game on the GameCube besides Melee. Tons of characters and fun gameplay. Phantasy Star Online 2. Best online GameCube game with fun combat. TimeSplitters 2. Best FPS game on the GC with tons of humor and MASTERFUL multi-player. I could continue, but I could stay years naming the GameCube games I like.
Scariest game? Eternal Darkness! No kidding, when that scary monster appears when the sanity meter goes down! When I first played that game in 2008, I was just 9 and I literally pooped my pants when I saw that monster. Still, one of the best games I have ever played.
My favorite console has to be the Super Nintendo Entertaiment System or shorter, the SNES.
The NES it's my favorite console because it has a HUGE library of games. It has RPGs like Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6, Lufia 2, Super Mario RPG, Breath of Fire 2, Earthbound, etc.. It also has great fighting games like Street Fighter 2, Mortal Kombat 2, Killer Instinct, Fatal Fury 2, etc.. Great SHUMPS like Gradius 3, Super R-Type, etc.. and more classics like Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, A Link To the Past, Super Metroid, Super Castlevania 4, Contra 3, Mega Man X, etc... Amazing system.
