Since they are different actionscript languages, no, they are not compatible, if they were the same, yes. But you have to remember to let him know to save it as a flash cs3 file if he is sending it to you.

Using the flash's sound functions, Here is an example.

var mySound:Sound = new Sound();
mySound.attachSound("INSTANCE OF SONG FROM LIBRARY");
mySound.start(DELAY IN MILLISECONDS, # OF LOOPS);

To use the sound, export your sound with the linkage as whatever and replay INSTANCE OF SONG FROM LIBRARY with the linkage.

You could of always just looked up "Playing sound with actionscript" on google you know.

Set the sound to EVENT unless you want to scrub it. I would recommend placing it with actionscript instead of directly on the timeline its self.

Quick question about the achievement list posters, can anyone do it (to help out) or are they specifically assigned people?

Even the most basic of scripts can be useful for the future. Knowing how to do it and finding different ways to do the same thing can really help when creating larger scripts.

Just another note, It looks like you are using sprites (the boss) and possibly the other things. I wouldn't recommend spriting for games like these, try using your own style.

Beer is a very bland taste, yes, they are the originals but are more occasional drinks, not too much of party drinks these days. For someone who doesnt drink, I do know a fair bit lol.
