Next year it's gonna be the G1N1, "Giraffe Flu".
I wouldn't be surprised if a "Robot Flu" came out on, like, 2050.
That's only if we survive the "Z Flu", which will be declared a pandemic sometime in December, 3 years from now. It basically zombifies anyone that it kills.

That should be hitting around the same time as Left 4 Dead 5 does then, yay!

Sorry for not responding to this post sooner lol, quarantine was a BITCH, but yeah, I didn't die!! YAY! Who would've thunk it, I can survive a flu! w00t. Anyway, yeah. Just letting you guys know the whole H1N1 thing is done for me. The first two days were pretty bad, but after that I was more distraut from the quarantine than the actual flu. Srsly, in bed for 7 days straight? I was soo happy to get out!

You probably just have a cold.

Well, I would go get a pic of the tamiflu pills I've got along with the notices and all, except apparently I don't have the luxury of being quarentined to just my house, I'm not allowed outside my bedroom. The next time I get a chance to I'll show pics for you thought If you like.

Eh, I hear it's like chicken pox anyways, you get it once and you can't get it again, it's not that terrible regardless. Besides, I've been hearing worse about the vaccine for H1N1 lately than I have the actual virus itself. Apparently it can cause paralysis? I'll take a little bit of illness over that any day.

Yep, I caught myself the piggy flue. It's not nearly as bad as what people are making it out to be. It feels like a normal flue, except my muscles ache and even my skin is feeling really irritated, and I have a higher fever than I normally would with an average flue. My life doesn't feel threatened in any way, and I've only been quaretined for the next seven days, which isn't long at all. I understand that people are dying from this and all, but, people die from this all the time! STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT WILL YA? Geez...

It seems every year they're coming out with a new animal flue, huh?

Topic: Newgrounds Hoodies?

Posted: 10/06/09 02:42 AM

Forum: General

Is it just me, or wouldn't it be awesome if Newgrounds Hoodies became available in the newgrounds store to purchase? They could have an option to choose between either a zip-up hoodie just a hooded sweater, with the zip-up hoodie obviously being more expensive.

I myself have purchased a couple of t-shirts and some stickers and whatnot from the store, but I always like to check back there once in a while to see if maybe Tom has decided to make a zip-up hoodie. I'd gladly purchase one.

So my question to you guys is, if they made newgrounds hoodies (zip-up or hooded sweaters) available in the Newgrounds store, would you purchase them?

Personally, I'd probably purchase a couple!

It's a good premise and if you're happy to have that with you for the rest of your life than I'm happy for you. I'm a much bigger fan of the poetic significance of tattoos (and all things) than the aesthetic appeal. Who cares what's there? It's what it represents that's important.

I'll definitely take better pictures on an actual camera as opposed to my laptop camera once it's all healed and whatnot. Thanks a lot for the insight. :-)

So a couple nights ago I made a post asking you guys what I thought my tattoo should be of. Well, I got my tattoo now, and instead of getting some random tattoo that might give me or other people a laugh for a few minutes, I figured the picture I plastered onto my skin for my entire life should mean something to me.

The quote on my tattoo is from Blink 182, and says "Best Friends Just Won't Leave Your Side." Considering my friends mean the world to me, I thought it'd be a great quote to have along with the tattoo itself, which is just a heart with a design about it. The part I like the most about my tattoo is three of my friends who came with all wrote a separate part of the quote. One wrote "Best Friends," the other wrote "Just Won't Leave," and the other wrote "Your Side."

The thing I like about it, and what I find makes it the most unique is the obvious fact that each one of my friends has a different writing/printing style that makes each section of the quote unique in itself. Best Friends is in writing, Just Don't Leave is in all capitals, and although Your Side is also in all capitals, my ditz of a friend make the 'e' in side lower case accidentally, which is just fine to me because it represents her ditsy attitude. Your Side is also in a larger font compared to the other two.

So my first tattoo had meaning because it represents friendship, and the bond I share amongst my friends. Although I do wish I had a bigger quote so more people could've partaken in it, that just means my next tattoo will be even bigger. :P

Well, here's the tattoo, it's still a little odd looking and whatnot considering it obviously hasn't healed yet.

Got my tattoo :)

So I'm getting my tattoo tomorrow, actually in about 6 hours, but I wanted to do a bit of last-minute browsing before sticking with the tattoo I already have. What I'd like is a little bit of insight from other people (aside from the ones I'm talking to on MSN). So, if you know a cool tattoo design or whatever, let me see! I'm getting the tattoo on the lower bit of my arm, front side. I'll show you the tattoo I'm stuck on at the moment if it helps you guys see what sort of tatt I'm looking for.

Considering the sandwich itself (which looks like it should be expensive) is included with fries and a drink, I think it's a pretty good deal. Heck, their big crunch combo here is $7.99, and this sandwich owns that fuckers face.
