The first time I watched it I completely sided with Carl. I re-watched it a few times and it's pretty clear Herschel was right, the kid never once pointed the gun at them and while yes it is his own fault he died because he didn't drop it, Carl never attempted to reinforce the authority to drop the gun and took the easy way out. Rick would have given more of a fuck. All those reasons Carl gives afterwards are piss poor after they rescue that woman from the truck and all those people from Woodbury. Would Carl have risked trusting Tyreese at the Woodbury gates if he was in Rick's situation?

I had a job interview at McDonalds, I was 10 minutes late to the job interview but it was an open area job interview where there were many people at different tables and the hiring manager would go table to table to speak with each person. Being late helped me out because I was the last person she talked to so I was the freshest in her mind. The manager asked me questions like "tell me about a time you messed something up" and I told her a story of when I got drunk and broke my friends toilet in half at his birthday party. She gave me the job on the spot in front of all the other people she had just talked to. Eye contact, honesty and a good/positive attitude. She was more concerned in finding a people person. I worked there 1.5 years, it was actually pretty flexible and fun.

The beautiful part of this contest is the collaboration, that's one of the greatest aspects of Newgrounds. The genre of music was decided on because it was the most accessible, I'd love to see a lot of people try their best in a comfortable medium.

The challenge comes from making a solid composition that would inspire a very visual-heavy story. Whoever wins is going to get one hell of a cool music video. Definitely go for something that inspires or compliments a story progression. From my animation perspective a strong rhythm or beat sets up the whole timing and pacing of how the characters walk or move. Think about how a story starts, builds up, climaxes and resolves.

The only thing that's truly bugging me is when the character goes off model.

you can fix this by moving the upper arm up a bit more and shortening the forearm.

Just slap some good inbetweens in there and it should look good. Post an update when you do more with it :)
