I would think not, as they're partially humanoid, they're chimeras, and they already exist.

Actually, that's a big no-no. Don't ask to be scouted, it only hinders your chances.
Just submit art to the portal and people will notice you in the unscouted section.

Newcomers are based on when they joined the forum, not sign up dates.
And everyone voting for shadling is not being counted because HE HAS NOT POSTED IN THE FORUM!

No taking pre-existing creatures and combining them to create something new.
Like putting the head of a lion on the body of a cow and calling it original.

Pretty much as stated in the original post, but I'll repeat it.
You can cast a vote for as many or as few categories as you like. However, you can only vote once so make sure you are absolutely sure of your choice. You can only vote for one person per category, so no second picks.
Also, Leggy, yeah, I didn't count your vote for theshadling. Even though he has posted in the art forum in the past, he hasn't made a single post in the forum during 2011.
So yeah folks, make sure you're voting for people who are actually in the forum, not just the portal.

At Forum Awards 2011 [Voting] Posted November 28th, 2011 in Art

It's time to vote for the 2011 Art Forum Awards!
Past results - 2010, 2009, 2008

Please, post once in this thread and once only. Include all the votes for as many categories as you wish to vote for. Second posts with changes to your vote or additional votes for things you skipped or overlooked will be discarded or deleted so think carefully before you decide to post.

You may give a quick explanation for why you voted the way you did in your post, but keep it short. You can write an essay about it in the [Discussion] thread if you wish.

It should go without saying but; vote only for FORUM GOERS, the people who post here in the forum. I don't care who the best artist in the Art Portal is, I want to know who the best artist in the forum is.

Here are the categories:

Not bad, not bad. Seeing as how almost all of their are their known poses, I guess you used references? Nothing wrong with that, should probably have adjusted the shading though. The shading is a bit inconsistent through the characters, some having light come from one side, some the other side, some from above, some from below.
