Eh, not feeling that femshep painting so far, I think I'll leave it undone. I did some sketches and this is one I liked. I think I'll continue on it and make a full picture out of it.

Another update. I've been working on a finished a paper among a bunch of other things and have different 6 page paper due monday. Iol all my artistic energy is drained at the moment. Not to mention it's 4 am and I'm still awake...

Yeah I have noticed a lot of references to Aliens in games actually. Reilly's Rangers in Fallout 3 have a lot in common with the Marines in aliens. Their heavy weapons person is even a woman holding a big minigun with really short haircut.

Thanks, it's taken some practice but I think I'm getting a lot better with it. I actually just watched Aliens for the first time the other day, awesome movie. I could tell Dead Space 1/2 got a ton of inspiration from it.

Art threads are about getting feedback on how to improve, and showing people work in progress stuff to see what you're doing. I suggest you make one. It's about feedback and criticism, which are important.

It's interesting, and actually works on my iPad, but I won't be using it to do my art... It would be cool if DA made a more full fledged program with upload straight to DA functionality. I do my painting on my iPad these days.

Redid background, front teeth... etc. Still need to add the detail to the outfit. Maybe add more dark stuff, and pretty up the background and add sparks and some blur.

"fixed" the eyes on the left. Man lining up 4 eyes on a face that is turned back and to the side is a pain.

Sometimes people being an ass can be feedback. It can make you strive to do better to prove those asses wrong, that is if you take it like a man instead of letting it get you down.

If you really want to get better, then you should start a thread, and just keep posting your work in there. People will eventually give feedback. Sure it's nice to get pats on the ass and have people say "Oh nice job", but that's not going to help you. People who point out your mistakes, tell you what you're doing wrong, etc. are what's going to help you... Just saying.

Great art man. I really like your style, keep it up!

Update, I shouldn't be painting... I should be researching for my paper. Oh well. Still not finished of course. Also, I wish Bioware would tell us what color she is. The photo they supplied is so vague.
