Damien your philosophical bullshit is annoying. Their is no logical reson for the wall not to be effective.

Response to: Israeli / Palestinian relations Posted December 14th, 2004 in Politics

Anyone who compares this this to the Berlin wall is a fucking idiot. The Berlin wall was meant to oppress the people and seal them in. This one is meant to protect people and keep danger out. I think the Palestinians have proven they can't be trusted not to kill inocent people. If they would have stopped blowing up children they would have had a country years ago. It is either this or Israel will keep going in to wipe out terrorist strong holds.

Personally I think this is a much better solution than firing missles into residential neihborhoods.

Radiation makes sense. During the time when all organisms were single cellular or bacteria like evolution could have occured very quickly given the speed new generations are produced with such cells. Some amino acids could have been shifted around and fairly soon the few cells that were very similar would have become many cells that where very different. That would be a good explanation for the variety of species on the earth today with such varying traits.

Considering that life goes back much further than we originally thought. Single cellular organsims are thought to have been present for the periods in earth's history with high amounts of radiation.

Yes it does.

Can you make a animation that switches between your version sig and my current one? I like both, so I'll have both.

That's something you'd have to ask someone with skill to do.

And....what? How did my eyes get so doe like? I'm not anime karakter! Non, mon dieu!

I'm not sure why they did that I think it happened when my computer converted you original jpeg to a monochrome bitmap. I didn't notice it until after I posted the bear suit. It does make you look a lot creepier though. French words?

We speak American on this board damn it.

It also looks like the wall may wall Jerusalem entirely off from the Palestinians. If this occurs, then it will likely increase terrorist attacks in Israel, not decrease them.

If Palestinians go over the wall they get shot. Thus terrorism is reduced. If they feel that bad about it they could try losing another war.

Titanium rings fall inbetween gold and platinum as far as price goes. I haven't heard of a titanium women's ring though. Very inventive and it probably made her all swoony because he made it just for for her, hmm...

Simpsons paved the way for South Park, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Futurama and all other prime time cartoons.

It takes a great deal of money to have a cold war to build up arms. There is no way Russia could match our spending. That's how the Soviet Union fell.

Response to: Constitution. Guns. Workplace. Posted December 11th, 2004 in Politics

The constitution doesn't apply to employers. It is a set of restrictions for the government to follow. Since you have a choice of wether or not to work there you can follow their rules or you can find another job.

The main reason guns aren't allowed is because they are such a liability. I'm sure most of you can imagine the lawsuits that would result if an employee injured somebody by pulling out a gun during a robery.

So people who don't go to college are less smarter than people who do?

College students tend to be liberal because somebody told them to be. Liberal proffesors are cramming it down their throats and they are eathing it rather than actually thinking it out. More or less they are just highly sugestable dumb kids who think they can save the world through liberal politics.

I'm just surprised they didn't. Don't stations usually want to err on the side that causes the most controversy?

CBS has been having enough controversy lately. The superbowl incident, the Reagan movie, and Dan Rather, they may be trying to get back their conservative viewers.
