None of this stuff is illegal.
the uranium they sell is not weapons grade/enriched. it is NATURALLY OCCURRING uranium.
but that's not to say that a lot of that stuff isn't dangerous. you need to be of a certain age to buy some of it.

but the safe stuff isn't fun.
