I was wondering if anyone here has gotten their revenue payments since the redesign happened. I have earned over more then 50$ two months ago but I did not get the money yet so it might be because of the redesign but I'm not sure. Did anyone else get or not get their revenue money since the redesign?

BBC's "Sherlock" is missing from that list, I also recommend Californication altough I must admit that some episodes are not very good. It's still worth all the good ones though.

I bet he is one of those people who never get angry, but the one time he will get angry you better start running. He'll put on a tankman suit presses the "destroy the world" button while laughing like a maniac.

Perhaps they would have gone the same path as radiohead, making their music less appealing or almost bad sounding for the mainstream crowd to step away from it and keep doing their own thing. But considering Dave Grohl is also a natural born frontman, the band would have split up eventually also because they will get bored of their music.

In almost every topic regarding Family Guy or Seth Macfarlane, everybody bashes it.
But don't you realise that if Seth Macfarlane would have posted all those cut-away gags here on newgrounds instead of on TV it would be regarded as genious, get a shit load of views and above 4.20 for every one of them (regardless of the animation quality).
Alot of the humor is really similair to what is populair on Newgrounds, do those people here in the general forum also hate most of the front paged movies?

Wouldn´t it be cool if newgrounds held a music `festival` once? With a few stages where various NG artist can perform they're stuff live and one where they can jam with each other and audiovisuals on the background made by other newgrounds artists. Maybe even a special performance of Tom singing Never gonna give you up?

Synj vs Horrid was way ahead of its time and set the bar for flash animations very high. I remember how inspired I was after seeing it, I see alot of people today who's style is influenced by Dan Paladin but I wonder who inspired him.

Almost every flash I have which has above 3.80 started out with around 3.30 whats up with that?

Last show I watched which really stood out from the rest was from Jim Jeffries, never got boring or unfunny during the whole show. Ofcourse there are always the classics like Pryor, Murphy, Cosby, Carry, Louis CK Etc. But Jim Jeffries was a nice surprise. Also some stand ups here in Holand are pretty good such as Theo Maassen, Hans Teeuwen and Jochem Meijer, but theys speak Ducth so no one here would care.

Why does color even matter anymore. You can't hear what color a person is when you listen to their music. There are lots of white people who sound "black" and black people who sound "white".
So why even name it by color?
As long as we keep referring it to black or white music people will always be judged based upon their color instead of talent. People will keep on saying: Oh you play pretty good blues for a white guy or you're a pretty good metal singer for a black guy.

I was wondering, what is the "best" (free or cheap) software for screencapturing? I have a flash which I would also like to put on youtube but converting it to another filetype fails because of the heavy file. The swf. does work so I'd like to screen capture it or convert it.

Given the theory I stated, it would be the hardest genre to write, considering you have to clear your mind from what you know, think out of the box and use your own fantasy.

When we think of the genre "fantasy" the first thing that comes into the minds of most
is a world full of fairy's, dark overlords, trolls, centaurs, wizards, elfs etc.

But when you write a fantasy book, or make a game, using creatures or environments like elfs and such, wouldn't that mean that it is not "fantasy" at all since you are not using your own fantasy but someone elses, making it just as much of a "fantasy" story as a fictional piece set in the real world?
