oh forgot to refer. i use a java mobile phone with gprs data plan (25 mb per week). and my phone runs out of memory when i access newgrounds. that didnt use to happen before the redesign

after the update, developers must forgot that this update made the newgrounds webpage be larger. as a potencial feature phone user with opera mini 4, i cant access newgrounds now. i think it would be very useful to newgrounds users to have a simple dedicated mobile or wap page for them, just to see comments, foruns, messages and that sort of stuff. for me, i can no longer be so active on newgrounds, because my phone was an essencial tool that i used to maintain current in this community

It seems that external factors like sleep, alcohol and music can deeply influence our way of drawing. The upper drawing was made at night, but with a good long rest, cafein-free and it was drew while listening to tubeway army and psykosonik. While the drawing in the lower place was made on a morning, right after a party, and i made it while listening to jazz. Does hapiness really influences the use of colors and the theme of our drawings? Hope this makes a point in everyone's mind

Newgrounds should have comment and PM notifications. I lost an important question from two days ago, and what if i want to answer it now, will the other user remember to check my exact page in the exact post. And what about now? Ill have to check this BBS post everytime i want to see people talking about this exact post. Just something i think it would give time and confort to newgrounds users

Lay off the filters and lighting too in photoshop. Stay far far away from it until you really know what you are doing with them. When you draw traditionally and scan it in, the idea of photoshop initially is clean up the image and getting it to look closer to the original. You do this not with filters, but with with the adjustment tools.

If you want to alter a piece that's where filters can help a bit, but use them sparingly and subtly. Burning out major portions of your drawing with a poorly placed highlight tool or lens flare just makes stuff look ugly.

Hi, im new here and im on newgrounds for two reasons: watch and listen to madness or urban related things and make things related to that too. if anyone needs help in a collab in or something, well ive got all the tools, my mind, my pens and watercoulors and adobe creative suite. Static 3d is also something i can do. Here an example i drew quickly

Its just a different style i guess. more directioned for cartoons

There are another flash editors besize Flash MX or C3. There are, for example, Corel Rave, Swiss...

Some hydrotricine will cure the troat, but i'm not sure.

I agree with you. Pokemon is just for 5/7 year old kids.
