I have seen some changes in movies, I like when I vote for a movie that's got a really high ranking and I either lower it's score or raise it's score, even if it's only by .01 point, it's those little points that bring a movie off the top 50, that shouldn't be there.
I do think newgrounds should have something you can do to score extra points for a level up, or get like a bonus 50 on your birthday. I also think your whistle level should play a samll role in how much voting power you have.

Also I don't think you should go to jail for taking drugs. If you get cought with cocain or any other addictive drugs then you should be sent to re-hab, but our goverment wouldn't want to spend so much money.
