It has slightly higher requirements than Vista, chances are it will not run unless you bought a supercomputer 6 years ago. Since it's a 6 year old laptop I doubt it is. Ram is particularly a problem.

But post your system specs if you can find them. Right click on My Computer, hit properties, tell me how much RAM you have, tell me as much as it tells you about your CPU, and I'll tell you how much you've failed to get the min specs by.

Chances are pretty high that won't be able to run Windows 7.

Bad luck.

Hey so anyway my flatmate's just gone out to a sports society initiation, he's not a fresher so he's got off lucky, but he expects to be playing Edward Ciderhands (strap bottles of cider to your hands, can't take em off till you're finished with them - see also Amy Winehands) with Frosty Jacks, and no doubt will stagger in in six hours time completely smashed.

So I was wondering what your guys tactics are on keeping yourself from getting wrecked when you know you're going to be drinking a lot that night?

Thing is though, they in no way have to let him wear it because they're a private company, the first amendment means shit all to them. If they have a company rule that says no non-company pins on your apron, you're not allowed non-company pins on your apron, regardless of what they say and are.

Besides, there's no way he'll win if this ever gets to court, it's not like he was banned from wearing a jewish skullcap or a muslim burka or something. There's no real infringement on his rights other than his right to be a dick to his employer and REFUSE TO TAKE OFF A FUCKING BAGE FROM HIS SHITTY APRON.

If you thought Forza 2 sucked you won't really like Forza 3. It only improves on F2, there's little in it that will make someone who doesn't like realistic driving games like Forza 3.

It's still amazing though. Just not pushing any boundaries or breaking barriers between genres or anything.

Nice - are you still feeling the pain?

Naw, wore off pretty quickly. I wasn't pushing myself massively or anything, was just cycling for the fun.

Also I love cycling, it's great.

Sounds about right.

I would never have volunteered to keep this going if I didn't have a script to do it for me. I have much more interesting things to do, like keeping my collection of lint in check.

Okay, so the deal is my update script doesn't seem to be working at the moment. I've tried it several times tonight and each time no joy. khol (my buddy who wrote the script) isn't around but I'll ask him when I next grab him.

As for this week's update:

I won't do it by hand. I don't have nearly enough time, effort, or want to do that shit by hand more than once. And I've already done it once.

If anyone else wants to pick it up and do this week's by hand they're more than welcome to. You'll find the previous update here. I'll even take it back off their hands if khol works out what's wrong with it.

However, for now, I can't do anything about the script, nor can I help anyone do the update by hand.

Sorry guys.

Eh, see beyond the Twilight connotations and it's not bad. It gets rid of the boring slow french bit at least. Not perfect, not as good as the original perhaps, but still good.

Bit short though.

Get the marks next week, but I suspect around 35-40%. It's only a tiny percentage of the final module mark though so it's not the end of the world.

Nearly everyone else struggled as well, I suspect I was fairly near the middle of the spread of marks when all is said and done.

I really love it, but so far it's just more of the same as Forza 2. Your opinion on Forza 2 and Gran Turismo will be almost identical to your opinion on Forza 3.
