If you go to a lot of other sources you'll find that your statement is in fact not true.

Since gameranking fails at linking, here's a similar list on alternate website Metacritic. It basically takes every review it can find, and gives you a nice average.

Whoever it was's argument is that there is only one PS3 exclusive with over 90% (MGS4 with 94%). There are, however, 3 Xbox 360 exclusives with a score over 90% (Halo 3, Mass Effect, and Forza 2), and if you include games that are on PC then you can include Gears of War and Bioshock too.
