hey guys. I've moved from CT to CA, and in the process, went thru a lotta boxes, and recovered some old transformer toys. And with the movie coming out, ive been watching old episodes and doing a lil research on my collection, from getting names, to pondering buying a few. so, here's what i got so far:
Ultra Magnus (white truck only...the trailer thingy was falling to pieces. =( )
Sinnertwin
Rippersnapper
Broadside
Astrotrain
hoist
buzzsaw
and a few others. now one other casualty was metroplex. i found the poor guy broke in half. then again, all that held his top and bottom half together was a peg (hollow except a diagnal support) the diameter of a nickel. So, i ask any TF fan, are these guys worth something considerable? And should i get a new metroplex? (frankly cuz of the design flaw, i'm thinking of getting omega surpeme instead) Also, i'm thinking of getting grimlock. sure, he wasn't the brightest, but sevral occasions, he kicked megatron's ass! also, i noticed sinnertwin and rippersnapper are 2 parts of a combiner like the constructicons. so, i'm thinking of getting the rest of that set.
One final question: do you think these things should only be collected, saved from wear and tear, or played with too?

A valid point. I am one for equal rights, but there are times when some people try to take advantage of said movement. That, and I disapprove of the type of femenists that are all "I hate men. they all suck. grr" = / Although there can never be true equality, I do support getting as close as possible. However, I grow tired of hearing some (not all) women generalizing men as slobs who think with the wrong head.

For midi, the pitch is shown on the left hand side. For audio, select your track and click on the icon on the left of the glass display. This'll bring up a menu - just select "Tuner" from the menu.

cool. thanks! =) now, if only i can find a site that actually has the song i wanna remix.... =/ thanx for the suggestion by the way. i may consider it. =)

i've used it a few times. and my first audio submission was made with it (a very early version too). But after seeing this thread...I think i may need to upgrade to a new music software if i wanna do the things i got in mind. O_o that or upgrade garageband on my computer. i've opened it up and i'm starting to work on a new song...tho finding the right pitch is hard as hell X_X. If anyone has any suggestions for good music apps for the mac, do tell me. I'll check keep toying with this thing anyway though. Its kinda fun. =)

Time to alert the masses, Off to /b/ i go.
Just keep it on 4chan/b/... Perhaps one day Anonymous will return to their true home, but that day will only come when Gaia consents to set up a barrier between itself and the *chans. But do not take it to the other *chans and /b/s where the true Anonymous now live.

I've not seen that film though so I can't share an opinion on it although, I have seen Epic Movie which was horrid on the eyes and it makes you want to slash your face in half over and over again until you hear the words 'She slipped into the light' whispered into your ears and as we all know, that will never happen so you have the urge to slash and scratch your face throughout eternity.

agreed.i was on a physics field trip, someone brought that along. we popped it in. after it was over, we all asked ourselves "we're in physics....why the hell did we just watch this crap?" and i replied "to burn about 90 minutes. and i want them back now." when will the maker of that movie franchise learn that those movies suck like a dyson?

Posted: 04/09/08 09:01 PM

*sigh* yes. tis true. i think its the fault of the idiots who keep releasing those "date movie" and "epic movie" crap.... but that is only one of many problems we have. we're resorting to relying on remakes, and we fail at that most the time! also, tv shows, and i mean the GOOD ones get the axe too early. i look back on the past, and shows like extreme ghostbusters, real adventures of jonny quest, firefly, all got the axe way too early. firefly was recent. and after ressurecting family guy (which has gotten stale fast in my opinion...), why not shows like firefly? its only problem was the time slot it was in. once it hit dvd, sales boomed, and the movie sold big time! so, why not ressurect it? we ressurected the piece of shit known as family guy, why not firefly? or futurama for that matter? back to movies, we need more directors that know what they're doing. and as for remakes, especially forign film remakes, we suck mostly. the ring was ok. the grudge, epic faliure. the japanese know what they're doing in terms of horror. our horror is all sudden "boo!" moments, japanese horror tho....it keeps the dread on you and builds up to the big moments.
