I'm going to put L4D2 aside for the time being. I thought L4D was good but not great and I don't feel like spending £27 on the sequel. The pre-order features aren't enough to convince me to get it and besides, I've been having unexplained problems with Source engine games and I know L4D2 will be no exception to that, so no point in spending that much money on a game that's going to work like shit. Maybe when my issues are solved and whenever the game is on sale, I'll think about getting L4D2 then but I don't have high expectations for it.

Really? I've listened through it twice with ease. If there's any length concerns in Stoner metal, it's Dopesmoker. These tracks have reasonable lengths except for the hidden track on Mind Transferral.

OK, I did try Sleep's Dopesmoker ages ago but I didn't particularly enjoy it due to the unnecessary length. This album on the other hand, I'm liking this.

S&M may be a live album, but the tracks are all arragent in a different way. You know, he may not be the greatest video game hero in my view but I'm sure as hell happy he won instead of Mario or Link. Now I don't hate those two characters but when it comes to these kind of contests, I like to see a nice change of face and Gamespot showed that nicely with Bub & Bob winning the first few fights as well as Gordon Freeman winning the whole thing. I was satisfied with the Greatest Hero tournament overall. Infact, I thought it was better than any Character Battle held by GameFAQs, so nice work Gamespot.

Wow! Bill, that is one hell of a recommendation! Since I have Ace of Spades and Overkill, looks like the next albums to get are self-titled and Bomber which were what I had in mind but now I'll have to get them sometime soon. I don't get many live albums but No sleep til Hammersmith is one I'll consider.

Another album I was considering was Orgasmatron but after your recommendations, I won't go after it just yet. Maybe around the time I start looking into post-Fast Eddie albums. But yes, all the albums up until 1916 should keep me busy for the time being and if I need more of their stuff, I'll be sure to ask you or anyone else about their later albums.

Also, not to worry, I won't be getting anymore compilation albums. Infact, I wasn't even wanting a compilation album in the first place. While I asked Ace of Spades for Christmas, my uncle picked up the wrong album and thus I didn't get the studio album.

And while we're talking about Motörhead, you mentioned Hawkwind several times and they're a band I really need to look into, so which are their best works? They have many albums so being told a highlight or two would get me started.

After many lazy moments with getting medals, I finally reached 10,000 medal points, even though that milestone must be now small in comparison to others.

I prefer orange for Halloween layouts but this one isn't bad. The head banner isn't too pink-ish for my tastes and the side headers are really good. Much better than the previous ones.

Just wondering, besides Overkill and Ace of Spades, what are your favourite Motörhead albums? I've recently wondered about getting more of their albums since I only have three of them (four if you count the Ace of Spades compilation album I got one Christmas) and some thoughts on their other albums would help me a lot.
