1024 MB ram and so on.

I agree with psybot, very good idea.Since you can't vote without logging in they should make a window for the owner to check who voted and who didn't.The mod's would also have access to this to reduce revenges.
And bout voting 4, when/if you would get to or close to the top someone would still give you a zero
