Thats not the deal, I have selected the output on msn to my primary soundcard.
I've checked the volumes.
And I actually just noticed that i do get the regular msn sounds =S..Anyway...No biggie...If the tings i record are to loud, then thats not really my problem..people can just learn to turn down their volumes

My sound drivers are up to date and such.
I'm kinda wondering, when I'm going to record stuff for example on MSN all the recordings goes via the mic. But my mic is fucked up and doesn't work like it should with MSN.
I've searched on this but i didn't find anything i understood :S.
I basicly need to make it so that i record straight from the soundcard instead of the microphone jack. How can i fix it?:S

First of all, make sure you're actually IN the pianoroll.
Rightclick on the instrument in the stepsequencer and press "Pianoroll".

If you want more freedom om movement then go up to the "Snap" window and press "none".
If you wanty the notes to snap to the square grids then select either "line" or "cell".

Making a midi yourself isn't the same thing as downloading a midi from the net, import it and just change the sounds.
