Nice, I found one of my classes is actually only going to meet on wednesdays now because of how small it is...so that will give me more time on mondays and such to do NG and such...maybe this semester won't be as hard as I thought.

I dunno...I've sort of had this renewed urge and interest when it comes posting lately...but yeah, part of that was because of topics like Character Battle...hmmm...maybe one of us should try and come up with something to post in general that would be fun and legal

And yes, I agree, topics like that are fun, and you can always just delete or lock them when they are done, I don't see what the problem really was with that one...the image gallery, meh, I dunno...I've never been a fan of such topics...so I could care friggin less about that one gettin locked.

I would guess because the image gallery was committing the same thing as Anime Girls did...draining a lot of resources just for people to post pictures...that's the only guess I can hazard...should probably ask liljim...since for something that old, an admin would had to have locked it.

I picked up the new DD this week, start of the new storyarc with the returning Echo, I highly recommend Daredevil as it's among the best super hero books out there on the racks today, especially if you like mafia type storys, lots of that in DD.

Also picked up a couple more of issues of Batman, as the "Hush" storyarc winds down...next issue is the big reveal, but the ultimate clue has come out, and I know who's under the bandages now (actually, I guessed it after the first four issues...but ya know...you can never be quite sure with Jeph Loeb).

Also got a trade for the second arc of Fables, I highly recommend this, DC's Vertigo line produces some of the best material in comics, and it dosen't hurt that it's aimed at a more adult audience. Seeing these old Fairy Tale characters in real world situations is a great hook, and the writing and art is great too. Definately a good choice, trades retail pretty cheaply too.

the only thing I can say to the original poster is that he needs to ask himself if he is willing to be with this person, even if he may not get a whole lot of time with her.

Fact is, for me personally, I'm in love with someone, and she's in love with me, but circumstances keep us apart, we do get to spend a pretty fair amount of time together, so it dosen't matter quite so much I guess...but it's still rough to love and want someone so badly...and to always know that no matter how much your with them...things may never line up the way you want them to to where we could be together...so I guess what I'm saying is to ask yourself, how strongly do you really feel for this girl? Are you willing to be with her, but not have a lot of time with her? Or do you absolutely need someone you can spend a lot of time with...these are the things you really need to be askin yourself to be making this decision, and you need to do it HONESTLY as well.

The movie was god awful...most Jason movies are god awful...how ANYBODY could have watched them all is beyond me...at least with somebody like Freddy you get some story and some variety in what's happening...with Jason it's the same old shit, Jason is revived, kills a bunch of teenagers, gets sent back to hell...stupid.
