People would ask about the angry face sticker and the tank logo sticker on my sketchbook during Freshmen year. That's about it.

One time my history teacher was talking about WWII and looked down at my tank sticker. I felt ashamed for some reason. :(

Well, I'd like to agree with most of the people here, but 90% of my school has never heard of Newgrounds, and when they go to play games on the internet during class, it's always addictinggames.com. I think it might have been because Newgrounds is blocked at our school (as is addictinggames.com), but hell, I remember when I was in gradeschool and middleschool that I knew about addictinggames before I knew about Newgrounds. I also used flashplayer.com (now UGOPlayer) long before I ever used Newgrounds.

I was googling around for human anatomy references. It's easy to find references on posemaniacs.com, but I was looking for some more specific things. Like the human nervous and digestive system in great detail, and things like a layout of the skeleton in depth and the muscular layout.

I know it'd be super easy finding this stuff in certain books, but I'm looking for things just on the internet. Have you come across any such things?

Okay, I gave this a swing. I'm still really new to actionscript and not afraid to admit that most of the time I really don't know what I'm doing.

Now obviously the "black" is the movieclip that covers the game, which is supposed to make everything dark if the player doesn't make any noise. I played around with it for a little bit and I think I understand the basics. I'm still playing, but I'm sure that there's an easier way to do it than what I'm doing.

I'm too exhausted to continue messing with it. Goodnight. If someone could maybe give me some hint to going around it another way instead of taking away from the alpha the way that it is, be my guest. (Also, the reason I changed the activityLevel to -20 is because I'm using my laptop microphone and my computer fan is really loud.)

I thought about making a game where you play as a bat and you fly around collecting fruit and killing things, but in order to see you have to hook up a microphone and screech into it, like a real bat screeches in order to hear sounds bouncing off the walls. I imagine this would be insanely fun.

And the louder you screech the more you can hear.

Anyone know how I would go about incorporating a microphone into this flash game?
