I'm done talking.

Sure it was better animated, but after five seconds I simple x'ed out because well... some people don't particulary enjoy videogame characters fucking each other

catchy song though >_o

Response to: Armenian Genocide Posted June 12th, 2004 in Politics

First Genocide? Hardly. Forgot about the Native Americans in both North and South America?

Or the genocides happening in the Middle East 3000 to 2000 before Christ?

The reason why we care about the holocaust and not the Armenians nor the Tutsi's or the Cambodyans is because the holocaust has been done so close 'at home' and on such a huge scale (as well in numbers as the countries directly affected by it)
The reason why we continue to think of the holocaust or prosecuted jews is not because of some omnipresent jewish conspiracy but because this genocide simply has been the largest and most severe *know* genocide (the south-american genocide on the native amercans was just as worse, however it wasn't done in such a short time perdiode nor with such efficienty)
Unfortunately, instead of that we learn of these genocides, we only teach ourselves that we should be nice towards certain groups instead of being nice to all groups (why does everyone keep forgetting the Rom and the Sinthi? (Gypsies))

SuperMario Reloaded should be on 2nd place

even if it was only because of the shitload of work it must have cost o_O

But I wholeheartly agree on the first place.

Response to: Malicious Ads... Posted March 25th, 2004 in NG News

Well, googlebar is the only thing that kept me from a total crash because of some malicious submissions, so I rather like my popup killer (however, it doesnt seem to be spyware though, I've ran ad-aware after installing it and it didn't give me anything weird)

I'd recommand to take SpyBot Seach and Destroy and immumise your pc, can cause some trouble with certain websites though.

I don't like NG's pop-ups because I'm simply not interested in a free porn ezine or something like that. However, I think it's not much of an effort to click a banner a day. NG might not get paid per click, but it certainly does encurage companies to pay them for space.
Still, it would be a bit more encuraging for me to click banners if not all of them would involve hentai and other raw meat.

At least, as far as I know, I am however 100% certain the necronomicon is as useful in occultism as Harry Potter.
lovecraft is the soul creator of the book the original book is out of print and thus other people created there own version of the Necronomicon or got there hands on a copy of it and edited and made it there own and passed it off as the orininal.

and your right it is as usefull as Harry Potter for the Occultists out there. the book was meant as a look into the world that Lovecraft created for the Chutalu (sp) stories that he wrote.

Ah my bad for the misunderstanding, I meant that the Necronomicon was a part of a 'series' that was the result of a colaboration between various writers.
at least, so I heard ;)

I certainly can understand the hassle around the edit possibility so perhaps your ideas would be even better.

I doubt it's worth the trouble to contact Wade, the movie in question has been blammed :p (as was the movie where I put the wrong review)

Response to: A small review suggestion Posted November 21st, 2003 in Where is / How to?

I wasn't even implying I was going to use it or something to break the rules. Nice additude you're having against people who try to give people useful reviews.

I honestly don't see what could be the problem with such a posibility, giving the right amount of time (say 5 min). No one would be foolish enough to write 'illegal' contend to change it after 5 min (or you just don't have a life). It's just plain annoying when you just tried to write down a review to realise a click later you've been idiotic enough to write it at the wrong person, and I'm not the only one to whom it happened.

A small review suggestion Posted November 21st, 2003 in Where is / How to?

Wouldn't it be sometimes useful to edit/delete your review submission within a time limit or something? (say...half an hour or so?)
Stupid people like me realise too late they're reviewing the wrong movie -_-
