how do you put sounds and music in your flash!!

i submit my flash, it tells me i gave the wrong password, but the password box is grayed out. im logged in, and it shows my name above where my password would have been.what is going on

i always see sound effects in flash movies, but where do people get them?and another thing, what do you need to put your voice n junk on the comuter and flash? yes, im a newbie, and im currently making my first flash. thanks to everybody who took time to answer my questions.

i beat it to, but instead of clicking it a whole bunch, i just kept going back and forth, clicking him every time i came by him!! i only got hit 2 times!!And never by the gun!!
