Animator Wanted - Paid Posted November 13th, 2014 in Collaboration

I'm looking for a long term animator to help animate some ~2 minute science videos. The animations can be simple flash animations, closer to animatics really. (2 Animations per month)

We can talk pay, but it will likely be in the range of 20$ per video starting pay, increasing over time as the animations get better.

This is for a youtube channel. Sadly, the previous animator is no longer able to animate, so I am looking for someone new. This is something similar to what I'm looking for :)

Animator/animatic Wanted - Paid Job Posted October 25th, 2014 in Collaboration

Who I am -
I am a youtuber with several youtube channels. My most popular is Superjombombo2, with approx 75,000 subscribers. I love science, and love to spread science to as many people as possible. I've made a channel called Superscienced a few months ago with another person. Sadly, they will not be able to animate any longer. I'm a really reasonable guy, I don't expect anything crazy.

Money -
If you don't understand how youtube and money works, google it. On my channel with 75,000 subscribers, I pull in $36,000 a year. My new channel superscienced which has nearly 3000 and only been around a few months already pulls in close to 40$ per month. This means there is plenty of room to grow and make more $$$$. Currently, I want to get the channel off the ground, and I'm not that interested in the money. That means I will let you keep all of it. Yes, 100% of the money made off of the channel is yours. If you have any questions about that, let me know.

Here are works from the previous animator and the youtube channel -

What I'm looking for -
I'm looking for a long term animator to help animate some ~3 minute science videos. The longer you stay, the more popular we will get. Based on previous channels and experience, I suspect that we will reach ~25,000 subscribers in about 6 months. I'm hoping to get at least 2 videos up per month, but if animations need more time, I will understand.

Money -
If you don't understand how youtube and money works, google it. On my channel with 75,000 subscribers, I pull in $36,000 a year. I will not personally pay you money for animations, but I will let you keep ALL MONEY from animations for quite a while. I have fun making this videos, and just want to spread the information to the world :). Currently, the channel makes ~$20-$30 per month, and is growing steadily. Again, I will let you keep all of the money until we start making a pretty big chunk :).

Do not message me if -
You are wanting a short term job, because this will be a long term thing. It's only ~25 videos per year.
You suck at animating. I have standards.
You are not willing to take criticism.
You don't have enough time to keep up a reasonably standard schedule.

Thank you very much. I hope this lays it out for you and if you have any questions, I am more than willing to help you understand. : )
