all of the above are hell, but really you pulled it off great with no major errors that are visible, may be some small problems but i cant pick them out because it looks too good as a whole

cut out bits from other parts of the picture to patch over bits that need fixing, like background and so on, to merge it, use a soft eraser, or the smudge tool, blur wont do anything, and if the picture doesnt look right try messing about with the hue and saturation, or the levels of bits of the piece
