no not when i make it.when i upload it to the art portal.

i think thats a bug with the art portal, take it up with one of the art mods, try resaving the piece and reuploading it

line and curve tool in vector programs to make smooth lines, some artists just have the skill to do precision linework perfectly though with the normal brush, its all about practice and finding what suits you, oh and some programs have auto smoothing, but it helps if youve got a steady hand, last tip, quick smooth strokes if you use the brush, try to keep it controlled
