Swivel Transparent Background Help Posted March 11th, 2014 in Animation

hey guys

so i tried to convert a short animation without a background.
i used swivel because it has the (*alpha channel*) feature.
it crated a .mpg file, that can't be open in final cut pro or after effects.
converting it will show a non transparent background.

all i wanna do is overlaying the animation on a .mov file.

(*sorry for bad english, i guess*)
