If what Cyberdevil said didn't work, try renaming the file before uploading it again. I know that used to be a problem with updating movie files so maybe that's the problem for audio too?

For full screen? On the very top layer of your flash, make some black rectangles around the border and make sure they touche the edge of the stage exactly and cover enough space to where it'll no longer show the white and anything else outside the stage, and make sure it's visible for the entirety of the flash.
If you mean that when you upload something to newgrounds, there's white around the edges of your flash, you're just not setting the dimensions of the flash right. In your project manager where you upload the .swf file, there should be a space for dimensions. I think the default is 640x480, so just change that to whatever the dimensions of your flash are.
Another option is just ditch the .swf altogether and use swivel to convert it to a .mp4 and it'll add black bars automatically if the flash doesn't fit a screen.

Wow, that was really good. Hopefully Tom or someone notices it and it gets frontpaged so it can get more exposure. It seems like there's a lot of great things that fall under the radar because they don't get in the top 5 :/

If you're wanting to make a comeback, I would suggest taking the time to make the thing that your fans want most, but make it far better than the previous ones, so that it seems like the break wasn't for nothing, and then while working on more of those you can produce a few of the other thing inbetween to fill in the time between, and maybe attract some new viewers with it as well.

I make updates far later than I should, I don't see much review activity between most updates, and I just don't feel or see much of a point staying as the leader when I'm equally guilty of not reviewing very many things between updates. Would love to hand the club off to someone who is feeling up to it and more enthustiac about running it than I am at this point. :(
That's sad to hear :/
I haven't been a very good member either. I used to be really enthusiastic about reviewing, and I still like reviewing, but I don't seem to ever have the motivation to go out of my way to do it. I like giving helpful feedback, but it seems like as soon as I felt some sort of obligation to do it frequently, it just became a chore, and I don't want to be leaving potentially rushed and pointless reviews because I felt I had to just to keep from falling off the list. I feel like a couple of the reviews I wrote could've been better if I had more motivation. I've also lost my drive to do a lot of things. I've been plagued by stress for a long time and it's really killing me creatively, but that should mostly go away when I can change my living situation, which probably won't be for a while unfortunately. I've also been busy with animating, when I can find the motivation, and doing other stuff to one day get a career out of it, so I really haven't had a lot of time to dedicate to writing reviews as in-depth as I would like.
I'm also not sure who could be a better leader for the club. I always thought you were a good leader, sure recently you've been just as inactive as the rest of us but at least you stuck with it and still reviewed things when none of us did. Before I would've gladly offered to take leadership, but now I'm not so sure. I'm not confident with my leadership skills, and like I said I'm busy with other stuff. Plus I'm terrible with organization and I'm not very good at remembering stuff ;3
Whoever does become the new leader though, I would think their reviews should reflect their role. Sorry for not being very diligent with reviewing, and again, it's sad to hear you're considering stepping down, and it's really sad to see the club in its current state :/
Also nice name change, I kinda preferred the old one, but at least this one is easier to pronounce :p

The use of the penis is when the character falls in love with a girl and his heart beats out of his chest in a cartoony way, but instead the buldge of a heart popping out, its in the shape of a penis. What I'll probably do is just mosaic censor it and post an uncensored version on Newgrounds.
Oh, if it's coming out of his chest and lacks a lot of detail, then it's more than likely okay to not censor. Censoring it in that context might actually ruin the joke, lol.
I doubt the mods would delete this thread for mentioning nudity, there's plenty of threads here dealing with nsfw content like that, because it's part of animation.
Anyways, from my experience with youtube, it's really unpredictable. If the nudity isn't too noticeable, then you probably won't have to worry, but including any sort of nudity in a video puts you at risk for that video being flagged by some sensitive person that watched it. Though usually brief or non-sexual nudity in a video will only get age restricted, while prolonged, overly graphic, and sexually explicit nudity will get removed altogether.
So censoring it would probably be the best option, which might even add some humor to it, but I've seen some videos that had censored nudity get age restricted anyways, so again, it's really unpredictable.

I don't think there's a way to search for members. There's an author search, but that's probably not what you want. Do you know their username?

Well, the animation's nothing but tweens and stuff, so I wouldn't say it's fine, but eh, it is what it is. If they don't talk, you could make it look sad somehow. Make it look sad and throw the blowgun on the ground, and that should convey the message. I'm sure there's a lot more you can add to it, and these things might not even be enough, but it's all I can think of :/
You could always just add more Webdings doing their own thing with the balloons too, and call it "Webdings Parade" or something, I guess.
When the second one is floating up, you can have another tack shoot out at him but miss, and then once he's floated off screen you could change the shot to a guy standing with a blowgun saying something like "darn I missed" and I'd think it'd feel a little more complete.

If your newgrounds account is enabled for revenue sharing, then it'll make a little bit from the preroll ads, I think. You could always hold off on splitting the revenue share and wait to see if it actually does make any money, and if it does you can go and change the revenue split and it should automatically split the earnings ;3
Also, while not really important, did you consider splitting the revenue evenly? :p

Aaand it's up! Sorry to those who were cut out, but this really had to come out today!
It's a shame it couldn't be as big as it could have, but it still turned out pretty good. I thought the second short was hilarious, but I'm not sure what happened in the 3rd one, lol.
And it just now occurred to me that I forgot to put a watermark on my part so people would know it was me... oh well, lol.

I agree with you completely and I thank you for your honesty.
You're welcome. I'm honest because I like to see people improve :3 You've definitely got a lot of skill, but it could use a little polishing. There's always room for improvement! :D

Sounds like it was a great time, wish I could've gone but that's way too far :c. I'll definitely be making more of an effort to get to Pico Day next year though, if it's happening.

It looks pretty good. Nice and smooth. The only thing I think is a bit off with it is the smear on the arm. it's a bit too noticeable, ya know, unless that's what you're going for.
The bomb flying also looks a bit choppy, it's probably the smears not filing the space properly , though it could just be that the bomb needs more screen time while in the air. The spacing on that looks a bit off.
Also I think it would look better with a delay before the explosion, not only for timing but so Bomberman can have time for more of a facial reaction before turning away and shielding himself from the incoming framing debris.

I'd recommend tagging their usernames with @ so they can get notified, just in case they're not actively checking the thread. That or sending out messages asking for updates.

The ninja one had passed judgement originally, as well as maybe one or 2 other submissions by him I think, but he seems to have removed them from his original account and is reuploading them to the new one, for whatever reason.

With this one it seems like he at least tried to make something. But yeah, I still think it doesn't fall under what should be allowed on Newgrounds.
This kid seems to be submitting daily, and so far all of his things have been reported. Someone might want to message him about what is and isn't acceptable to submit.
