God man, what are you talking about? Everybody so far has complimented him!

In my opinion it's a pretty badass model and you've got some skills. Personally however, I don't like the eyes. They're kind of too childish or not-serious and don't match the rest of his character.
And I agree with the person above me that this needs textures.

To simple and boring.
You should liven up his design a bit, you can keep the circlular body, as it is going to be an animation and simplicity is key, but maybe add to it. Give him a sword strapped to his waist, or something to make him more than a limbed circle.

Also, right now his arms look like they are coming from behind his body. You should change it so there isn't a line between the circle that's his body, and the rectangle that's his arm.
And I think the only shading there is form the photoshop lens flare.
If it is, add shading.
If it isn't, I'm sorry.
