I could relate to AVGN, he seemed like a normal guy who liked video games, but wouldn't take the bullshit that we've all experienced from terrible games. Chris Bores' doesn't know what the hell he's doing and just plays a game and pretends to be angry over things that most people wouldn't even give a shit about.

The "Unrealistic" side that you're arguing for is moot. What Team Fortress 2 has is personality and charm, with all the characters completely bizarre, yet hilarious and likable. That's what really keeps the game afloat, it's all-out-wackiness and quirky take on FPS arena games makes it a really enjoyable experience because it's hard to hate a game with as much personality as TF2. It's just like in Left 4 Dead, all of the survivors (besides Rochelle) are completely likable and it really enhances the gaming experience of perhaps one of the best Zombie games ever made.

That no matter how skilled you are as a scout, a soldier or heavy can take you out with no effort. No matter how well you can snipe, there will always be a soldier who will rocket you before you kill him or a spy just lurking behind you.

I have on idea what the point of this sentence is, as this applies to every online FPS game ever made.
