If you're on Windows (which you are definately on) press start > run and type in "dxdiag" without the quotes. Read what your processor is and how much RAM you have. Then click the "Display" tab and read what the graphics card is, and how much "on-board memory" is on.

After youve done all of that, tell us what you read.
