Most people who know HTML, know that it's better to just put the filename of a file instead of the whole url if the file is in the same folder, such as page.html instead of http://www.website.com/page.html.

Is there anyway to do it in flash? It hasn't been working for me.

i know all of that.

What I want to know is why the .fla would be so big if it only has a song on it, and also why the .swf would be bigger when I do audio optimization

i just started to make a flash, but the weirdest thing is happening. All I have is the preloader and the song, but the .fla is 50 megs and the swf is like 250kb. The 250kb for the swf is when i don't optimize the audio. When I do, it is 280kb, which is even wierder.

The song WAS falling city by Darklordoblivion, who now took off all of his music.

so i was wondering what could make the .fla file so big, and the .swf file so small
