1. No tutorial is worth purchasing, there's plenty of sources on the internet. You can also ask people experienced with reason to teach you, I don't think it's worth it personally, but if you really need something visually represented and taught then I 'spose you could spend money on a tutorial.
2. You can't load .wma files, but you can load .aiff, .wav, .sf2, .rex2, .rex... etc.

No p2p program is illegal unless you download stuff illegally from it. For example, if my friend wanted to send me a large file, he could just share it on eMule and I could download it from there. The companies/programmers that make programs like eMule, Soulseek, and Bearshare are not responsible for what material is shared on the networks.
