I used to baby sit the kids of a close family friend. The boy was obsessed with wrestling (WWE, TNA etc.) and he would always play with the wrestling dolls (action figures whatever) saying it was him as "The Hero" and me as the bad guy. Like most people are saying, if used in a joking manner then yes it can be funny at the right times. However if you do something gay (make out with a guy, or some shit like that) and say "No Homo" it doesn't erase the fact that you just made out with a guy. Even if you say "No Homo" no one is going to care or remember that you said it, all they are going to remember and talk about is "Oh my god..I saw that guy kiss this other guy..fucking fags.." not "Oh my god..I saw that guy kiss this other guy, but they said no homo afterward so its ok"
