it would be completely based on number of "likes" which are basically fives. everybody votes using zeroes and fives anyway. there would be no need for zeroes since those that dont receive "fives" will be the ones that are recognized, if you dont like that certain submissions have so many "likes", you are the minority, so suck it up

rather than scoring videos and audio, there should be a system where there are two buttons:
save and blam. then a certain ratio of saves and blams set up to determine whether or not it is saved or blamed.
AFTER this, only one button. "Like!", or something of the sort. this way people cannot negatively affect a submission, but can rather neglect it, so that it has no opportunity to be on the front page. the front page could consist of those submissions in order of most likes. this way those that truely deserve to be on top will be. only one like per ip address, not daily. this will ensure that people do not self vote. submissions cannot go down in the ranks by those jealous "zero voters" that want theirs to be top.
also, in order to keep newer submissions recognized with much less "likes" than those that have been around for a long time, categories on the front page such as "best of the day" and "best of the week". also, submissions could be "like"able for one week, then suspended to give a chance for those newer ones to catch up, in order to determine whether the newer ones are truly better than the older ones, giving them a chance to be on the "all time best" list.
just a thought, since the current voting system includes all of these things i have mentioned (zero-voting jealousy, overly powerful self voters) and quite frankly sucks.

i have unlimited internet on my plan. when i called they said i had a certain amount of internet use that came to $523.00. how is that possible if i have unlimited internet? that's what I asked them. they didn't say that it wasnt because i didn't have unlimited on my plan. they just started bullshitting about some random ass "overuseage". and of course it's some foregner on the phone that i can barely understand. every time.
