Well there's these "shampoos" designed for that.

I had lice eggs once, bought this special lice shampoo that cost about $50 but it came with 2 bottles.

Anyway, you just use it on your hair like you would with regular shampoo except you don't wash it off until a few minutes later.

When your done, it also prevents lice for a few months or so.

Forgot what it was called but I think you can get it at a rite-aid or something.
