I'm looking for someone who could draw my character into Flash. I would do it, but I don't have a Wacom tablet, and I can't afford one, so my attempt would probably suck.

If you would like to try, you can get a image of the original drawing I made of him here.

I think that some of us Newgrounders with Asperger's should start a crew for people with forms of autism, whether it be low-functioning, high-functioning, Asperger's, or even Rett's. We might also allow people with ADHD to join, but only a few. And prehaps we'll let 1 or 2 "normal" people in, as long as they don't make fun of us for having autism.

Any comments, people?

Same here. It's hard for me socially interact with other people because, with my Asperger's, I have a really hard time knowing how they're feeling. I pretty much can't pick up body language, and I have a hard time detecting other people's emotions.

I didn't know I had Asperger's until about a year or two ago. Before then, I always thought I had ADD.

I have Asperger's, and I'm not afraid to admit it.

You know, people with Asperger's have made big contributions to society. What kinds of contributions? Oh, nothing big. Just this thing called Pokemon. Oh, and possibly that statue David.

(No, seriously. Some researchers believe that Michelangelo had Asperger's. They also think that Albert Einstein and Issac Newton did as well.)

Oh, and by the way, Bill Gates doesn't have Asperger's.

Yes, religion is right. In fact, religion is the reason we have working, organized societies. Religion disciplines people. Without that moral discipline, people would never be able to establish organized society because people would just be caring only for themselves. There would be more killing and stealing and rape than you could believe.

So next time you see a priest or a rabbi or an imam or any other kind of clergy of any religion, tell them, "Thank you. Because of religion, we have society."

This thread should have been called "Worst Thing Intelligent Creatures Have Ever Done?" I know that humanity has had wars, polluted, inslaved people, and shown racial and sex discrimination. But you know what? I bet intelligent extraterrestrial species have the same problems. In any intelligent species, people have viewpoints and ideas that are different from those of others. And because they have those different(and often conflicting) viewpoints, any intelligent species is going to have war and intolerence and all the rest of the same problems that the species Homo sapien has.

Hey, humans are nowhere near perfect. We shouldn't assume aliens are.
