You have to think that Newgrounds is a very professional website.
While on a smaller scale website a spam forum may be efficient, with the amount of traffic this website gets it would be a straight clusterfuck.
Just remember that a lot of thought is put into new forums and that the administrators are thinking about what's best for the community.
The past week I've been in Denver on vacation (had a blast) and I've got one more day.
The problem is, I have absolutely nothing to do tomorrow and I really don't want to waste my last day here.
Any suggestions?
Glad to see that this is picking up again!
I'll get right back on the job!
This is gonna be fun!
Good luck guys!

The above is VERY NSFW, just warning you.
This is awesome! Great idea, guy!
Wish I knew anything about mobile app development...
If I had to answer, I'd say centuries of negative enforcement.
Since the forming of America, people where taught that Africans were savage and would try to kill them if they turn their back to them.
Today we know this obviously isn't true, but centuries of negativity is hard to clear up. Today, we as a whole must stride to heal the bad blood.

Good flash though.

Your name is obvious proof that you're better than everyone here.
@suprememessage
Yes, this is one of the advantages of teaching. Unfortunatly, it's been made clear to me that it's not easy to get a PhD. Haha.
@EjitinToadForm
Very good points. Plus, eight years of college is expensive! More money than I have right now, haha.
Awesome!
Thanks for all the advice, guys!
@ChaRee
Thanks man, that's extremely good advice. I'll keep it in mind!
@Dean
I see. The only reason I could see Software Engineering being better paying is the fact that it's a specialized degree.
Plus you're absolutely right, it's not just the degree. That's why this career choice is actually fairly scary. As FUNKbrs said, it's a contract job.
On the other hand, I've got two more years to think about this! Haha.
Well, taking both those things into account, I've heard that software engineering pays vastly better than CS. Can someone verify this?
Hey guys,
So I'm in the last two years of my high school career and I've been thinking a lot about what's ahead of me. I'd like to go to college for something to do with computers and programming, but I'm honestly not sure where to start. The way I see it, I have a couple of choices. I could either:
A) Go for a PhD in Computer Science and teach at a university.
or
B) Go for a degree in Software Engineering and go work for a company.
Is there anyone around here with any information on the subject? Programming really is a field I'd like to go into, so I'd take any help possible.
Thanks in advance!
I admit that I've never personally used it, but many great artists on here do! Plenty of fantastic examples reside in the Art Games collection!
As to how you use it, I haven't the foggiest. But here appears to be their tutorial page!
I hope this helped some! Good luck!
Not sure this will solve it but it's a start.
You may need to extract the file, then try to load it into the manager.
Well, most animators on Newgrounds use Flash.
I believe it normally goes for $599, but if you're a student you can get a discount!
Alternately, there is Pencil! Which is free!
There's a thread around here somewhere with a list of programs. Much to my dismay, I've lost it.
Hope that helps!
Alternately, if you're looking for real voice actors, check out this thread!
These people are wild about voice acting!
Well, that depends.
If you want to learn web design, W3Schools is a great source.
For everything else there's YouTube! Honestly, it's a great resource!
No one starts off in programming the same. For example, I started by typing simple .bat programs. But I wouldn't suggest starting there.
I'd start either on Java or C. They'll help you get a grasp on syntax and how programs work.
Hope it helps! But next time, I'd try the programming forum. That place is full of people nuts about the subject!
I'm gonna go ahead and grab the following, if no one minds.

You should be able to jack off just fine!
If you can't, you may want to contact Tom.
He'll help you jack off.
I don't have a particular reason to do so!
Wish I could be more helpful to you.
Most defiantly.
When I started using Newgrounds, I was like eleven or something and had no concept of punctuation or capitalization.
Pretty embarrassing looking back on it now.

There's no direct way you can change your own user name.
If you really want your user name changed and you believe it's worth asking about, shoot Wade a PM. He may be able to help you. However, admins are very busy people, and there's no guarantee.

I may have the reason.
Not sure about you personally, but his last post linked to his site and DeviantArt, and had nothing to do with NewGrounds.
Now, this is just a hunch and may have nothing to do with it, but it's a possibility.
I would suggest changing your password and email to gibberish, then logging out and never logging back in.
Seems much easier than going though the deletion process with the admins.
But, if you really want your account deleted, there is a chance Wade may do it for you. You can PM him here, as stated above.
I lost both my animators.
I'm pretty sure I'm disqualified.
I'm making this game anyway.
