yeah it is, there isn't to much you can improve on other than the images quality and the hair design(in my opinion its a little generic)
alright attention whore, you have done decently but the jaw looks a bit to wide(unless this is a fat person with out a body) and the mouth doesn't fit correctly with his body, try concentrating on design rather than detail, that will help
