Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

So I making the cartoon and set the frame rate to 25 fps, but when I play the movie (ctrl+alt+enter) it's going very slow even when I play it in timeline frame rate get different values all the time.
I start this project from scratch and the same problem shows again.
I'm using flash pro cs5.5.
When I rendered the swf file with swivel all seems good, but all in all it's pay in the ass when trying to animate w/ the sound.
