Errr.... Wikipedia says no. I've searched the BBC, but cannot find a single objective source that would validate the claim that Bennett was found guilty of violent disorder. I'll agree that March 2010 in Bolton turned bad, and a lot of UAF members acted like complete idiots, but I'd contest the claim that their behaviour was representative of the majority of UAF supporters (ie: that well known hoodlum, David Cameron).

Martin Smith, who is a leading UAF member and National Secretary of the Socialist [for Socialist read Communist] Workers Party, Smith was arrested and charge with Assault on a Police Office he was found guilty and ordered to do 80 hours unpaid work and fined £450.

You post two links: one is of a BNP leader who has sustained an injury caused in a clash with anti- fascists (I didn't even hear the name UAF in the vid) and one is of two nobs getting overexcited and saying stupid things (and probably vast over-exaggerations, they look about as fresh as you can get). Reread my post, I never once said there shouldn't be restrictions or regulations. I just think its stupid to factor sex into them as a rule of thumb rather than in specific, different circumstances (ie: in cases of rape where a girl is intrusively raped and a boy is raped, but not intrusively, obv sentencing should reflect the differing natures of violence in these cases).

I think there's certainly a double standard with 14-15 year olds. If I, as a 17 have sex with a girl who's just 15, the stigma would be immense. However, for the 18 year old who I lost my virginity to aged 15, its no biggie at all, not even worth mentioning.
