because it's their contest and they make the rules?
It's funny that today the contest is announced because my brother just came to me with a great idea for an FPS iRL game, and I was like "Nice, but hold onto that for the next Armorgames contest"
very good, i like the cartoonish style
i would recommend the brush but its up to you. and about drawing with the mouse, just practise and you will become comfortable and efficient with the it, but if you truely aren't having it, i suggest you just draw basic stick figures, or even lines so you become familiar with pacing, timing and overal motion, that way you'll have an idea if animation is something you are willing to invest 100 bucks in to buy a tablet and step it up.
NYC has a larger jewish population than Israel I believe...
Every once and a while somebody IM's me and tells me that they hate my flash movies, but I don't care to note who they are...
You've gotta be kidding me, don't rip off the SS' collab
I'm kinda looking to up my game , lol pun... anyway, are any experienced actionscripters interested in working with me on an entry, lemme know here or PM, peace
Haha, it's helpful
Finally done :)

Some awesome games. Hopefully I'll be able to finish up FPS iRL 5 by Thursday for this contest. And I really wish Johnny would stop crying about "wasting 6 hours" disguising his old engine as a new game in hopes to just sneak into a money winning rank.
I've been a member of newgrounds for a long time now, and I may not be exceptionally active on the BBS, but I'm always working on something to submit to the portal or browsing through the top recent 50. I think being a review mod would suit me well. Thats all
Will Wii work on projection screens?
excuse the rediculous bump, I didn't want to make a new thread over it, but is there a limit to how many PM's you can have in your box?
Quite a collection of games you have there on your site, btw I sent you a PM, I hope we can work something out.
Just wondering, whats the policy on copyrighted material, music and charactcers, in the contest? I know AG's has limitations on that.
This sounds awesome, count me in. I ended up submitting 3 games to ur last contest and now that it's over this outta keep me busy.
I didn't want to make a new thread, but I had a question about that new 80 gb video ipod, is it easy to put movies you own on DVD into it as you can do w/ CD's you own and music? thanks
This 10 MB thing is awesome... especially for me. Thanks. :)
I just made my first game the other week and I know what you mean, on the other hand, games tend to get more sponsorships, so cry about it on your way to the bank? I think people should account for the programming, just like they should take into consideration artists who do their own music.

I'm not much of a B/P person, but thats what I figured most people did.
Just an observation, and recently a concern, movies scores on the frontpage tend to signifigantly go down. Why do you think that is, is it that movies get a big boost of easy 5's when they go through judgement cause of all the B/P kids and people tend to vote more critically when it's on frontpage, or people just down vote movies with high scores, or do you think the score doesn't really go down? What are your thoughts.

When you go to submit content and it asks "entry type" the two options are "Movie" and "Game/Interactive" I may not have been a game by your standards; however, it was with out a doubt an interactive.
Congrats to Rtil, and he shouldn't have to defend himself against false accusations of hypocrism. But I do support Swain's work aswell.
I could just e-mail you the .swf, what's your email?
It says estimated, and since that site usually deals with hollywood movies with budgets of several thousands of dollars, perhaps 50k is the minimum budget...
Thank you ZekeyJr and Starberry, good sirs.
I'm gonna be pretty busy for a while with a lifeguarding job, so I'm probably not going to be able to make another one for awhile, sorry. But I hope to do a quicky, I just got a bunch of super mario sound effects and a few people have suggested a platformer in real life, so we'll see...
