That's what your government wants you to think lol. They're afraid to socialize health care because of the money loss from health insurance companies. We pay very VERY little. Simple Question: What should be my first step in learning how to go about programming for games? I fully realize this sounds like a noobish question and it's a very very broad one. What would you do though? Are there any good books anyone can recommend? A good website to learn the basics? I understand there are tons and tons of different codes and languages but this just brings me back to my first question. Where should I go to learn?

DUDE! at our age any animation show to colleges is a shoe in for a big scholarship, i submitted my animation, called stack to my college, and i got a 40,000$ scholarship, i think ull be fine dude, fucking high school parties suck, its a bunch of DBOC's and faggots, i much rather prefer chilling wit ma niggs playen some video games.

Firstly, very pretty (similar to David Firths style). Secondly, too pretty. If the rest of the movie is as detailed as that first scene, that will be a big factor to the size. Theres way too many "specks" randomly around the place, which looks pretty cool but so much is unnecessary (and makes the flash lag, on my pc at least).. just a suggestion =o
I hear you. But I can't detail less on purpose. I think the solution will be to convert more things to images this time around. In the next ep, there's a lot of zooming by action. So I guess I'll draw a forest that can loop, take a screenshot, and just make it go by over and over again.
I'm about to start working on a flash with over 100 lines of dialogue, 2 songs at least, and a 12 page script. Any possible way I could keep this under 10 mb? >_> Is it possible to ask Tom for even more room when you submit a flash? My last flash had 75 lines of dialogue, 3 songs, and it was 8.7 MB. I'm gonna make the audio quality 20-24 kbps. That cant be changed. Else than that, any tips on compression? :(
i hate that show so much...and not because it's considered cool to dislike it because i full cant stand it. Don't get me wrong, I love the bad auditions too but I just can't stand the actual show.
