I'm reading the gunslinger by Stephen King right now. It's book 1 of the dark tower series. I haven't continued it in a couple weeks, im at the end of the first volume. It's very strange but also captivating. Lost cretors Damon Lindelof and JJ Abrams are said to be making a film version of the 7 dark tower books.

Hey there Newgrounds. I have a great TANKMEN spoof idea for Pico day. Me and P3RFECT have been conceptualizing the last few days on it.

Premise: A trailer for a very serious rendition of the TANKMEN universe. On that note, too serious, too dark, too cheesy (it's a parody after all). We turn our adorable black and white gun slinging heroes into their war movie counterparts!

Basically, if TANKMEN were a parody this would be the film it's mocking. The first draft of the script is about halfway complete. It's mostly the same dialogue from TANKMEN but written in a serious, over-the-top kind of way. We need an artist to draw backgrounds and tankmen and maybe another animator on board. I myself will be animating and drawing. The soldiers need to look very tall and dark almost comic book looking. The colors and uniform must remain the same of course.

So message me if you think you have what it takes to add to this project and I'll send you the script so far. If this thing is given the chance to materialize, I'm sure it will be a big hit. It's in your hands now.
