I just can't work out why people want to play a game that was cool so long ago, it just isn't now looking at the terrible graphics and even more so controls. I have the demo on my Xbox and I keep it there just to show my friends what people actually play online. Guaranteed good for a few laughs.

Sounds interesting but not really like something Nintendo would put out. A styled game could be awesome with say a GTA sort of multiplayer, one in bowser's castle or something; I don't know.

I'm guessing they use a memory stick or something. Sounds about right though if you go to copy a save file then it comes up with 'achievements will be locked or something', I found that out when I was going to 'convert' my saves to another gamertag (on my own console as a back-up).

After a set number of weeks or something since they're not really a part of the 'community' then which everyone's strived for (such as having the 500 post limit), deleting would help make the list tidier I guess and reduce time in organising it.

2) Some of you were discussing the fact that Jerich0 has been banned from Xbox Live for modding his console. Do you think he, and other modders if we discover any, should be allowed to stay on the leaderboard?

It wouldn't be any sort of hindrance as far as I can tell and it seems you've put some thought into it. I'd like to see such a thing put into effect if its going to make things a lot easier for everyone. This has the aci6 seal of Approval :D

Quite happy, its a decent set amount though - users who have that amount but then never post or anything could/should be removed since they've clearly gotten the amount of posts needed but have no intention of still contributing to the community thus making it a bloated burden to the community (and it turn the list).

Nice style but it could use a little bit more depth to the lines and less of a scribble-ness of sorts going for it. Make it a little darker too, it would look great with that tone.
