Maybe, I don't watch Pico or play it except for the first game which was pretty good. The Ultimate Showdown comes to mind for me. Words can not describe how much of an as-travesty it is.

They're not at all extinct, you'd find a few here and there but they're just not as active as some of the more regular people to sign-up. When you see them it has its charm.
