Coming right out, I'm a horrible artist. Every time I draw something, a small Indonesian child dies because of it. I'm trying my hand at developing Flash games, but alas, I cannot ever seem to come up with the necessary graphics for it.

Wrong. You urinate and ejaculate out of the same tract. It's called your urethra. Both sexes have it.

You technically only need a compiler. But if you want to do things the easy way, you might want to check out an IDE (Integrated Development Environment).

You should learn PHP and SQL, and then use MySQL for a database. You're also going to need a large database to store all the music files.
