Hmm, well I'm not the greatest with fireworks, but I assume you can get a fading effect by using the lasso and setting the feathering to around 20 pixels or so.
Then select the area near the edge of your image you're trying to blend, and delete.
You could also use the blur tool, and increase the intensity and edge size and go across the edge of the image to make it blend more into the background.

Okay, so I just got it working and stuff, but I have no idea how to string images together. Could someone explain how to do so please?
You may want to check out some tutorials here, or this tutorials on simple animations, if that's what you meant by stringing images together.
Last year one of my MG courses was a photoshop class. They didn't have it this year, however I suggested it and it may be brought back again this year or the next. I wish they had it this year, because I've gotten a million times better with the program since when I started using it.
Right now I'm taking a web design course, so it's another fun "computer" themed class to make up for the lack of photoshopness.

that is right i need some help. When i click on play it does not play. Does anyone know what to do.
Does the window show up? If it doesn't, it may be due to a popup blocker. Try turning it off, allow to accept popups from newgrounds, or hold control while clicking the link.
Make sure you have javascript enabled and you waited until the page loaded until clicking the link.
You could also try clearing your cache or restarting your computer.

I know that, but I meant how to make it the picture for the flash, you know, by the button that say "play this game" or "movie".
Oh you're trying to make icons for your flash? In that case, resize the image to fit in a 46X46 pixel space and export as a gif image.

I that you you can take a screen shot by pressing prt sc, but what do you do from there to make it small enough and the right type to be on a flash??? I Realy need help!
After you've pressed prt sc, paste the image into flash or any other graphics program and crop out/resize it as needed.
Based on liljims post, it would be a joke topic right?

Enoll's response:
I'm pretty sure we can't do that.
Maybe it was an admin or something beacuse he was doing alot of stupid shit in there. Maybe his computer is just blocking it.
I'm 99% sure that's not a mod power though.

It would be more fair if it was chosen randomly from flashes that recieved a decent score (at least 3 points)
Who agrees?
No. People would up-vote submissions so they would have a chance at the front page. It should be admin chosen. Even if you submit when an admin is not online, you can still get on the front page.
I have started the Varp series, but I'm afraid it will never get a place in the series section, because it promotes equality, solidarity and freedom. (And I know that many Americans are against it. That's why I also get a few insults in my reviews.)
Er, I didn't realize all Americans were against equality, solidarity and freedom. Either way, if it's a decent submission it'll get a series page.
I did
You'll probably have to wait longer than two days.
I don't see why more people don't play it and see its greatness. Tales games are also good, although I only play them at my friends house, who is totally addicted to tales of symphonia.
When Creating the Signature, be aware that the signature restrictions for newgrounds are as follows:
Must be in a GIF or JPEG format
Max file size: 40 Kb
Min file width: 20 pixels
Max file width: 400 pixels
Min file height: 20 pixels
Max file height: 60 pixels
When you finish the sig, you may upload it by going to your Account Options > Forum Signature Pic > choose file > and then press submit.
If you would like to request a sig to be made for you, you may do so in the Newgrounds Sig Makers thread.
Are you sure you exported it as an animated gif and not just a regular gif image? Also you said you tested it in your browser; did you upload it to imageshack to test or something else?
