If it comes up with an error, make sure your sound is a wav or mp3 format, and not midi. If it still doesn't work, try downloading a free program like audacity, and exporting the sound from that program and then importing the result.

Of course, what with there being that change to the checkpoints, there could easily be more. So as of right now, no-one apart from the admins know what the checkpoints are(unless they've told anyone the checkpoints, in which case they'd know).

The main check point: 1.6 with 200 votes still stands. Plus, there may be this new checkpoint at 50 votes, but that doesn't mean that the information I posted is wrong.

To receive blam and protection points, you must vote on movies in the portal that are under judgment. If a movie is under judgment, the name will appear in grey at the top of the "Fifty Most Recent" column in the portal. Then you must watch the movie that is under judgment, until the voting bar appears. Once the bar appears, you may vote on the entry to be blammed or protected. To blam an entry that you think is not good, vote 0 or 1. If you want to protect an entry, vote 2, 3, 4, or 5.

If the entry is deleted, and you voted 0 or 1, you will receive a blam point. If you voted 2, 3, 4, or 5, and the entry is saved, you will receive a protect point.

Entries are deleted if they fall below the listed score with the listed amount of votes:

150 votes - 1.0
175 votes - 1.25
200 votes - 1.60

I'll use cheats after I've throughly beaten the game. Cheating when I haven't beaten the game takes all the fun out of it.

I'll try not to use walkthroughs too much, but if I'm really stuck I'll probably check. Most of the time I just like to see specific things people mention in walkthroughs like weapon stats or whatever.

And I feel I'm a good gamer, I can really good at a game if I want to (such as mario kart ds) and I usually beat games 100% being a completist and all.

Ah I see. Well realize since it would be too easy to cheat, people would always choose the test over getting exp. Taking a test would be way too easy and quick. The system works fine. There are a few quiz games out there you can take instead.

So now you're saying that to increase in level you have to take a test? Don't you think that people would just not feel like taking a test? And what happens if you were to fail said test? Would you not level up? Would you just try again the next day?

It seems more like an inconvience than making newgrounds more fun. People come to newgrounds to enjoy the site, and vote if they want to. Forcing them to take a test to level up seems like a hardship.

There would be no way to keep people from cheating. Really. Plus if a new test had to be created every day, that would take insane amounts of work. The idea is silly, and if this is an additional way of gaining points, than it's not fair to people who have been getting 10 exp a day for so long.

Oh I see what you're saying, so you get a seperate level icon for taking this test? Well a test is far too easy to cheat on, unless you're supposed to take it every day, in which case, would the test stay the same everyday? Would it have to be changed everyday?

Still though, the reason levels and b/p are implemented is because voting on submissions helps newgrounds, while a test doesn't really.

So you're saying that instead of voting to get exp or b/p, you'd take a test? That really doesn't make any sense at all. How would taking a test be better than voting on submissions? How would taking a test help newgrounds in any way?

I'm pretty sure it may be due to some kind of firewall you have, or if your date and time is incorrect. You could also try a different browser.

I found that a while back.

It was due to the level 30 glitch a while back when everyone was everyone was suddenly level 30 and had diety whistles (anyone who was under level 9 stayed the same).

I think the voting powers messed up and when someone voted on it they totally screwed up the score.
