i am totally, entirely 100% emo. i listen to emo music, i wear emo clothes, and i am waaaaaaaay to emotional for my own good. i also cut myself over girls. i just got back from doing that, as a matter of fact. now everyone make fun of me.

as far as cutting goes, half of the time it is for attention, and the other half is people that arent strong enough to deal with the pain life deals them. keep in mind, there are more places to cut than the wrist, so most of the time, wrist cutting is just a wierd cry for attention. i am an attention whore myself, but i dont have to hurt myself to get attention. i do it by making really wierd clothes and wearing them to school. this actually gets positive attention, not attention that shuns me. i guess i am stereotypical emo, with my dress and taste in music, but i dont cut myself. i just happen to like this style and i happen to like the music.

but yeah, most cutters are just fucked up attention whores.

i might. id fake suicide, and people would be regretting for making fun of me for being emo. i have a feeling that almost everyone i know would blame themselves for it.

its not "bad" to be emo. however, you lead a happier life if you arent. but back in my old emo days, i was really depressed. not just stressed out or anything, i was diagnosed with the medical condition "depression." its not like i could help it. i was still good old abigstackofboxes, the cool, suave guy you have all grown to know and love; i just took a blade to my skin sometimes. but since they make pills that make a person not emo, i guess you could consider it bad. but the stereotypical dress for being emo looks pretty cool, in my opinion. its all just a matter of what you think, not what is actually right
