That's the complete version and Incase the traps are not will understood I will explain them by their numbers
Trap 1:
When the player get close to the box, the spike will appear AVOID SPIKES AT ALL COST.
Trap 2:
Be careful where you step, there are areas which are quick sands.
Note: See that this tile can tell you that it's a trap because it's different than the normal trap.
Trap 3:
There are buttons in the floor that activate spikes traps.
Trap 4:
Some buttons in the floor remove a tile which may send you to these spikes.
Trap 5:
Some buttons in the floor cage you for a period of time.
-The different types of tiles are shown in the upper left of the screen. I hope I am pointing the right direction :P

actually you can convert it into frame by frame just by converting all the tween into frame by frame by using F6 in all the tweened frame and then remove a keyframe after one frame. although this work my not always work.
in tweening you can still play with the ease to give it the look you want.The tweening are usually used for puppets.

I think you should add the player standing on next to the door and the level looks, bots , etc. if your idea was to show the player what the level will look like.
if your idea is when the players press start the player will get out from the ship and into the level . Then you could add him as he start to get out.
if your idea was the place where the player is moving and the ship contains boots that comes out then you could add the bots coming out from the ship.
your game is a bit vague I have no idea what your trying to pull out of it?
I think it also need a little polishing for the floor too.
