My gf and I watch them every day pretty much. We have pretty dissenting opinions on music so whenever they do a music top 10 we get into heated discussions that sometimes end in fistfights.

Either that or I could hire someone to kidnap us both and take us to some cold cave where we'll be FORCED to spoon for heat.
Nice. I mean, we could always just RP.
Hey, is the word "bitch" more acceptable in werewolf culture?

That's the kind of stupidity I aim to dispel in my children. As long as your partner feels the same way, there is absolutely nothing selfish about it. In fact, you are doing the overpopulated world a favor. Literally the only way you could do better is by adopting children.

Is mutism considered a disability? I mean that in the least chauvinistic way possible.
Mutism or deafness.

This.
The point of marriage WAS political at one point. It had nothing to do with religion or love. The aspect of love in marriage evolved over time. Although before it became truly romanticized it was really more about property (i.e. a man owns his wife).
Then for a while it was mostly about religion and the concept of singular and eternal love was imposed by religion.
Then it became about money, as Waffle kindly pointed out. Mainstream media glorified the shit out of marriage and everyone made their billions off of it.
These days it's kind of a mixture between all of these. For me, personally, the only benefit to marriage is securing finances and other points for your family. Married couples can open joint bank accounts, their life insurance goes to the right hands, etc. - my girlfriend and I know it's really just a religious ceremony and a piece of paper, and that true devotion lies far, far beyond marriage.
.
With that said - sorry to hear about yer folks.

There are some serious perspective problems, but that stems from me "winging it" rather than using perspective lines. But the lighting and composition I could use some help with.
It seems too... "busy" but I don't even know where to start for fixing it.
I think the composition is fine. The bulk of the attention is in the top right corner, but the foreshortening of the cables draw your attention back down. You've got some nice conflicting diagonals with that long shadow to break up the NE/SW relationship.
Ironically, your improper perspective in the top left corner kind of pulls it together. If the space properly receded instead of flattening the picture plane, that corner would just get lost in the detail.
I don't think it looks too busy by any means.

Mismo, yours made me laugh because "manners" on the internet seems like such a ridiculous concept. Almost as if it never existed in the first place.
Also. Fucking chatrooms. Who besides the ten or so jackoffs here have used a non-IRC chatroom in the past three years?
I don't know why but looking at other people's desktops is one of the most entertaining things to do on the interbutts.

Point 1: there should be a significant distinction made between defensiveness and denial here. If you deny that you have an addiction, it could very well be because you don't actually have an addiction.
I do not have an addiction to swallowing buckets of lava.
There. See? I think it's safe to say I am not actually addicted to swallowing buckets of lava.
Now, if you accused me of being addicted to playing video games and I told you to fuck off and began listing reasons why my time spent playing video games was totally healthy, I'd be getting awfully defensive.
Point 2: you can become addicted to things that aren't physically addictive. It's called psychological dependence, or usually just mental addiction colloquially. So yes, you can have a video game "addiction".
Anyway... I had a pretty bad gaming addiction, but I was fully aware of it and never really gave a shit. Yeah it was a little sad that I'd start feeling depressed if I went 1-2 days without playing games for at least an hour, but gaming is just part of who I am. Since my last semester of college and working full time after that I've been forcefully cured :(
I never got a chance to buy a Mystery Box because, in an ultimate fit of irony, I was poor as shit until a few weeks after it finally closed down...
Curse my life.
Tom, you are a master of the art of contextual links.

What tags are important? I could make a pretty extensive list of pointless and completely functionless tags that I would rather see fall out of use. I love me some anchor tags.
GF's birthday thread... About stealing other people's creations. Hilariously ironic for reasons I'm not willing to disclose (she's not a thief, I'll tell you that).

My best work yet. Enjoy.
LET-IT-LOAD!!! Sry dial-ups!
Type your birthday numerically at the end of this URL to see your birthday thread:

For example, my birthday is June 1st 1991 so 60191 (truncate the zero at the beginning obviously if your month is before October).
Mine is a thread about reincarnation that references Charmed, so I'm pretty sure I already won this thread. But post yours for fun!

... Anchor tags?
Remember when many a webmaster would use the <a name> tag to add anchors all over the place, denoting important headers, sections, etc.?
I always find myself wishing people used anchors more often so that I could send a friend to an anchored link rather than having to tell them to Ctrl+F or explain what I want them to see. It's just so much more convenient. Seems like pretty much the only site that uses this on a regular basis is Wikipedia for obvious reasons.
