Simple, just go to options>video>layers. From there you can disable whatever layers you want to start ripping. Use the record option to record a movie of the game to make it easier for you to rip.

:I saw your latest flash and got a kick out of it as usual. I actually wonder how you'd do with a hardcore serious flash about Castlevania. Not that theres anythig nwrong with the comedy you do but Castlevania always seemd to me like the best genra to have a serious flash animation and you prove over and over to have veyr good command of Castlevania.

Glad you like them Kaos! I did at one point try to make a serious Castlevania film and started work on it. But then writers block took over and I never got past the intro. Then I just canned it altogether. I'd figure I leave the serious stuff to Konami for now.

(by the way, love the sig:-p)

Thanks!

I know someitmes it's hard to take anything less then what you're looking for however sometimes the resources just aren't out there. So you can just take the sprites you can find and edit them or go the next step and become a ripper like Ryan914.

Yep I know the feeling about not finding resources as ripping can be your only option. But Ryan is like a ripping machine! The most I've ever ripped was to make my Terry Bogard Soundboard which took about a month to rip!

Get me a FULL Fei Long Spritesheet from Super Street Fighter2. Thanks for your efforts.

Well, did some more searching and found this
site. I think thats SF Alpha, not sure. And this site has a lot of SF Alpha sprites but the thing is that all of them are zipped in as single sprite images instead of sheets.

That is some impressive work!

Only minor thing is that sprite looks a bit anti-aliased instead of the sharp jagged look he had. Usually when I produce sprite animated gifs with Flash, I uncheck Match Movie and Smooth options then I set the Palette Type to Web Snap Adaptive. I'd like to see the .FLA file, hopefully I can open it as I'm still using Flash 5.

Other than that the sprite looks natural and well animated, I appreciate the work you did helping me out:)

Sounds good, if you need any more references to the Alucard sprites itself I can link you to the whole sprite sheet itself if you don't already have one.

Anyone happen to know of a Megaman type sprit that is sitting, or shows the back of there head?

Ghaleonx5z, here is another reference for megaman sitting, look for X on the hover bike sheet. That can be edited so that he can sit upright and/or to give him the other leg too.

Thanks Doc. Well, I want the cape to flow a bit slower than the hair maybe three or four frames. As for the lining here is an example of the inside of the cape along with the animation sheet you can use. You can e-mail me whenever, its the same one from my profile.

Hey Doc! Nice, 3 years already! Joined a few days after Tweekit made the club, whatever happened to that guy?

Thanks for the link to your sprite toon. It was great! I voted on it and reviewed it. It's one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time. You did an excellent job. How did you get the voices to sound the way they did? They were awesome! I'm looking forward to your next project. Cheers!

Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it! I ripped the entire dialogue from the game itself. And the voices were easy to rearrange through the use of a program called Audacity. It's a great free sound editing tool. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants edit or mix sounds.

Right now I'm brainstorming on the final episode of the Alternate series which would make into a trilogy. Heh, I'm going backwards here, first it was Ending, second was Battle, and the third will be Beginning!

Voice actor needed!

Okay, what I'm looking for is a power-up yell similar to what you hear from the Dragonball series. I need a male voice for this preferablly low or deep. E-mail me at jredzen@yahoo.com so I may hear a sample of what you can do.

I need a deep whispery male voice for this. It is simply two lines you would have to say.

Anyone who fits this please e-mail me at ----- jredzen@yahoo.com

I will send you an example of how the voice should be like and the lines to say.

Thank you!

Hey Sprite Club, long time no see! I'm coming to you guys for some help please.

I'm looking for a 2D sprite ,16 or 32 bit, of a cargo plane and a 2D scene from inside one as well. Doesn't have to be from the same game. I can rip this myself too if you can suggest the games that have them.

Thanks for any help guys!

Holy crap! I rememeber you! I rememeber you from back before I started posting in the club, only viewed what others like you had to say. By the way I loved your Castlevania flash. You should make another one but with a serious theme instead!

(or give me your sprites and let me make it for you:-p)

Hey someone who remembers me! Thanks for the praise on the CV flash:)

If you or anyone else wants the sprites I used in that movie just go to this link:

That site should pretty much give you what you need.

Okay here is my two cents on this.

I think it is a bad idea to clutter old movies that have less than 200 votes on the 50 recent submissions. Wouldn't that just mess up the the ordering of the newer ones? Anyway my suggestion would be that you temporarily suspend the Top 20 weekly and the Past 20 Daily Features column in the middle and make temporary new column of the Old Submissions that need 200 votes. I think this would be a faster method of putting the older movies up to 200 than putting them in the recent submissions.

Well I tried to max the frame rate as high as possible but thats as fast as I can make it. My guess is that its just too many frames of animation.
